Mittal Builders and House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) have entered a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to co-develop an 11-acre project in the Mumbai region, comprising over 4,600 apartments and high-street retail.
The project, expected to be launched in the second quarter of 2025-26, involves a planned investment of ₹2,000 crore and a gross development value (GDV) of over ₹3,000 crore over the next 3-5 years.
Rahul Mittal, Promoter of Mittal Builders, highlighted Naigaon as a key growth center in Mumbai. The JV aims to accelerate Naigaon's development into an urban destination by leveraging both companies' strengths.
Mittal Builders has a portfolio exceeding 50 million sq. ft. across various cities, while HoABL, established in 2020, has delivered 15 million sq. ft. of developed land primarily in plotted development and now expanding into group housing.
