Monster Hunter Wilds: a new monster, challenges, and more content arrives on April 4
- Monster Hunter Wilds' first Free Title Update introduces new content, challenges, and monsters, including the graceful Leviathan Mizutsune.
- Mizutsune, a returning monster, brings new armor sets and an eight-star Tempered version for high-rank hunters to face.
- An even more powerful Arch-tempered monster, Rey Dau, will test hunters at HR 50 or above in an Event Quest.
- New armor sets will be available for forging by hunting Arch-tempered Rey Dau, offering a fresh challenge for skilled players.
- Zoh Shia returns in High Rank, allowing hunters above HR 50 to face this fearsome monster in repeatable quests.
- Materials from Zoh Shia can be used to craft new High Rank equipment for both hunters and Palicos.
- The Grand Hub is introduced as a new social space for hunters to interact, play mini-games like Barrel Bowling, and enjoy activities together.
- Compete in Arena Quests for the fastest completion times, check rankings, and take on Challenge Quests with predetermined equipment.
- Special Event Quests offer pendants as rewards, with Challenge Quests limited to two hunters and Free Challenge Quests accommodating up to four players.
- New downloadable content includes outfits for Alma, classic Monster Hunter gestures, and Cosmetic DLC Pack 1 available for purchase.
