Bethesda employees in Maryland and Texas are on strike today over remote work and Microsoft's outsourcing practices.The ZeniMax Workers United union, representing over 300 quality assurance developers, alleges that Microsoft isn't addressing their concerns.The striking developers claim that their remote work requests are being denied, despite being required to come into the office only twice a week.They also want to limit the amount of work outsourced by Microsoft compared to the work done by full-time staff.
