<ul><li>The Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has partnered with Meta, Facebook's parent company, to launch two initiatives for skill development in India.</li><li>The first initiative involves creating an AI Assistant using Meta's open-source Llama model, which will enhance the learner experience on the Skill India Digital Portal.</li><li>The second initiative includes establishing five Centers of Excellence in VR and MR technology at National Skill Training Institutes in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Jodhpur, Chennai, and Kanpur.</li><li>These initiatives aim to streamline information access, improve learning outcomes, and provide students with personalized support and immersive learning experiences.</li></ul>
