Bengaluru-based nanotechnology startup Vimano has raised Rs 25 crore in a seed funding round led by Ankur Capital.Vimano develops ion-conductive membranes for clean energy systems such as redox flow batteries and green hydrogen production.The funding will be used to scale manufacturing capabilities, support pilot projects, and accelerate commercialization efforts.Ankur Capital believes Vimano's membranes can reshape the energy storage sector and address global issues related to the energy transition.
