NASA delays Artemis II moon mission to April 2026
- NASA has announced a new schedule for its Artemis missions to send astronauts to the moon.
- The Artemis 2 mission has been delayed to April 2026.
- The delay was caused by issues with the Orion spacecraft's heat shield during the previous Artemis 1 test flight.
- Artemis 2 will be a ten-day mission around the moon to collect data for the Artemis 3 mission.
