<ul><li>Gaming and sports media company Nazara Technologies has raised Rs 220 crore from SBI Mutual Fund.</li><li>Nazara issued 23.5 lakh equity shares to the fund at a price of Rs 954.27 per share.</li><li>The company plans to issue a total of 94.3 lakh equity shares to select non-promoter investors.</li><li>Part of the raised funds will be used to acquire an additional stake in Absolute Sports Private Limited, Nazara's subsidiary.</li></ul>
