<ul><li>The National Company Law Tribunal has approved the merger between Inox Wind Energy Ltd. and Inox Wind Ltd.</li><li>In December 2023, Inox Wind Ltd. had received clearance from both BSE and NSE for the proposed merger.</li><li>Under the scheme of amalgamation, Inox Wind will issue 158 equity shares for every 10 held in Inox Wind Energy.</li><li>Based on the swap ratio, the merger is beneficial to Inox Wind Energy shareholders by nearly 25%.</li></ul>
