Nestlé India has reported a 3.8% decline in its permanent employee count for the financial year 2024-25 due to capital expenditure efforts.Total on-roll employees decreased to 8,419 from 8,736, while median employee remuneration increased by 4.9%.Manish Tiwary was appointed as the new managing director, with a remuneration of Rs 29.94 million for FY2025.Nestlé India's capital expenditure rose to 10% of total sales, focusing on expanding product lines and setting up new facilities.
