<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="true"><li>BMW is working on an updated version of the M340i called the M350, part of the new naming conventions in the Neue Klasse era.</li><li>Rumors suggest the M350 could have around 420 hp (313 kW), up from the current 382 hp (285 kW).</li><li>The M350 will keep the 3.0-liter turbocharged B58 inline-six engine and will meet Euro 7 emissions standards.</li><li>It will retain the CLAR architecture and maintain rear-wheel drive and xDrive options with an eight-speed automatic transmission.</li><li>The design will feature Neue Klasse concept elements, like a refreshed front end, quad tailpipes, and BMW's iconic kidney grilles.</li><li>The interior is expected to undergo significant changes with a full-width display and large trapezoidal screen for the infotainment system.</li><li>The production of the M350 is expected to begin in late 2026, as part of the next-generation 3 Series lineup.</li></ul>
