<ul><li>The recently ported PS2 classic, War of the Monsters, does not offer a free upgrade for existing owners.</li><li>Unlike previous PS1 and PS2 classics, where Sony allowed free upgrades for owners of older versions on PS3 or PS4, owners of War of the Monsters on PS3 are unable to upgrade to the new PS5 version for free.</li><li>It is unclear if Sony will change this policy to allow previous owners of War of the Monsters to obtain a free upgrade for the PS5 version.</li><li>War of the Monsters is currently available for $9.99 on the PS Store for both PS4 and PS5.</li></ul>
