The next-generation Tata Harrier and Safari SUVs are in line for a major upgrade, featuring a new flexible platform named Taurus and Leo, respectively.
The new platform is expected to increase the overall length of the SUVs, providing more cabin space compared to their current versions.
Tata has partnered with Desay SV Automotive to develop a next-generation electrical and electronic architecture for the Harrier and Safari, enabling advanced features like infotainment, connected services, and ADAS.
The upcoming Tata Harrier and Safari SUVs will also come equipped with an AWD system for the first time, along with new petrol and diesel engine options set to be introduced during the 2025 festive season.
