Nintendo has announced that some of the most anticipated games for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 will be priced higher than expected.
Mario Kart World will have a suggested retail price of $80 in North America and €80 in Europe for digital copies, while physical editions will cost €90 in Europe.
Donkey Kong Bananza will retail at $70 in the U.S. for digital copies, and €70 for digital and €80 for physical editions in Europe.
The increase in game prices is attributed to inflation and escalating development costs, and not to recent tariffs imposed by President Trump.
