Nintendo finally revealed details about the Switch 2, including a launch date of June 5, 2025, and a price of $450.

Nintendo introduces GameChat for voice and video chat with friends during gameplay, along with screen-sharing features.
The new Mario Kart World game for Switch 2 offers open-world tracks, weather changes, and 24 competitor races.
Other games announced for Switch 2 include Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition, Drag x Drive, Hades II, Street Fighter 6, and more.
Nintendo also plans to release Switch 2 editions for selected titles like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Kirby and the Forgotten Land.
The Switch 2 will host classic GameCube games on its online service, with titles like The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker and F-Zero GX.
Metroid Prime 4: Beyond will have both Switch and Switch 2 editions, with the latter supporting 4K gameplay.
