Warren County Community College (WCCC) in NJ receives a federal grant to enhance its drone education programs.
WCCC offers top-of-the-line drone programs and became the first community college with FAA waivers to fly drones over people.
The college now offers an associate degree in Unmanned Systems and focuses on precision agriculture in collaboration with other institutions.
The additional federal grant will fund the development of an accelerator lab and partnerships with Rutgers University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
