The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has rescinded several enforcement guidance documents issued during the Biden administration.
The documents addressed various areas, such as workplace surveillance programs, noncompete agreements, treatment of certain NCAA student athletes, and policies for assisting immigrant workers.
The NLRB cited case backlog as the primary reason for the rescission, stating that attempting to accomplish everything may risk accomplishing nothing.
The board currently lacks a quorum, which may result in further backlogs.
