Nokia has expanded its five-year deal with Microsoft Azure to provide routers and switches for the data centre networks.The collaboration aims to strengthen Nokia's global presence and position as a strategic supplier for Microsoft's cloud infrastructure.Nokia will deploy its 7250 IXR-10e platform to deliver multi-terabit-scale interconnectivity across Azure's data centres.The agreement also focuses on accelerating open-source SONiC development and enhancing Azure's scalability.
