KDE has introduced a new project called Karton for easy virtual machine management in the KDE desktop.Karton delivers similar functionality to GNOME Boxes and is currently in early development stages.The project can generate new VMs, run them, and capture their screens to a desktop window, but currently only works with QEMU.Karton is part of a Google Summer Of Code project and aims to provide open source graphical applications for effortless VM usage.
