Nvidia has launched a new tool that allows developers to create AI images by creating 3D scenes first.
The tool, named Nvidia AI Blueprint for 3D-guided generative AI, requires Nvidia RTX 4080 GPU or higher and links Blender's 3D modelling software with Black Forest Lab's FLUX.1 image generator.
Users can design scenes in Blender using 3D objects, which are then used as references to generate 2D images, providing more control over details compared to text descriptions alone.
Nvidia's blueprint offers step-by-step documentation, sample assets, and a preconfigured environment to assist developers in building generative AI apps, similar to Adobe's Project Concept which is still in the experimental phase.
