<ul><li>Beauty and personal care marketplace Nykaa has allotted 3.08 lakh equity shares under its employee stock option plan (ESOP) schemes.</li><li>The allotted ESOP amounts to a total of Rs 5.94 crore based on the company's opening price of Rs 193 apiece on NSE.</li><li>Nykaa had previously granted ESOPs before its Q4 FY 2024 results and has been consistently allocating shares in subsequent months.</li><li>Nykaa expects to achieve mid-twenties revenue growth in the second quarter of FY25, despite subdued demand in the first half of the financial year.</li></ul>
