Nykaa's parent company, FSN E-Commerce Ventures, reported a significant increase in net profit and revenue in Q4FY25, driven by growth in beauty verticals, improved margins, and a focus on premium brands.
In Q4FY25, Nykaa's net profit surged by 110% to Rs 19 crore, with revenue from operations increasing by 24% to Rs 2,062 crore. For the full fiscal year, net profit rose by 81% to Rs 72 crore, and annual revenue grew by 24% to Rs 7,950 crore.
Nykaa's offline retail expansion led to 50 new stores being opened, with the beauty vertical accounting for a majority of revenue. The company's owned beauty brands, including Dot & Key, Nykaa Cosmetics, and Kay Beauty, collectively generated nearly Rs 1,700 crore in GMV.
Nykaa Fashion showed signs of recovery with a rise in GMV and revenue. The company also received approvals for internal restructurings, including the demerger of eB2B operations and the merger of Iluminar Media into Nykaa Fashion.
