Nykaa aims to achieve EBITDA break-even for its fashion business in the ongoing financial year (FY26).
The company plans to expand its fashion vertical significantly over the next five years through product line expansion and new customer acquisition.
Nykaa's fashion segment witnessed a 55% CAGR, reaching INR 3,804 Cr GMV in FY25 from INR 666 Cr in FY21, with a customer base increase to 8 Mn from 700K.
In Q4 FY25, Nykaa reported a 43% YoY EBITDA growth to INR 133 Cr, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 6.5%.
