<ul><li>ONGC posted a profit of ₹8,856 crore in Q4 FY25 with a consolidated net profit for FY25 declining by 30.7% y-o-y to ₹38,329 crore.</li><li>The total dividend for FY25 will be 245%, including an interim dividend of 220% already paid and a final dividend of 25% recommended by the Board.</li><li>ONGC's standalone crude oil production in FY25 increased by 0.9% over FY24, while the natural gas production was marginally lower. The firm declared nine discoveries and monetized eight hydrocarbon discoveries during the year.</li><li>ONGC invested around ₹62,000 crore as capex in FY25, with its overseas arm, ONGC Videsh (OVL), recording a marginal increase in oil production and a decrease in gas production in FY25.</li></ul>
