The Orlando World Center Marriott hotel is introducing a new hotel amenity this Christmas with their holiday drone show. Between December 25th and December 30th, 2024 a drone show featuring 200 synchronized drones lighting up the night sky above the resort’s Falls Pool will be displayed. The Orlando World Center Marriott is the first hotel in Orlando to introduce this holiday experience. Guests can watch the show from the Falls Pool area, a Holiday Drone View Room, or by dining on site. The drones used for the displays come from UVify, which makes the IFO drone.
The IFO drones cost $1,585, so the total cost of the display will exceed $300,000. Other festivities happening over Christmas at this hotel include, Silent Night Disco Bash, Secret Ugly Sweater Bar, and Cookie and Gingerbread Decorating. The Orlando World Center Marriott is recommending early booking for guests who want to be part of the action. Marriott Bonvoy members can use their points to pay for the stay at the hotel.
The Orlando World Center Marriott has said there will be more drone shows in the future so customers can keep their eyes open. The video equipment company, 3D Aerial Solutions, has recently completed an aerial survey of 118 acres of prime real estate owned by a developer near Disney World.
