Former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, along with other executives, wins $1.1 million in legal fees from Elon Musk's X Corp.
They sued Musk-run Twitter in April for unpaid legal bills exceeding $1 million incurred during their time at the company while responding to inquiries from the Department of Justice and SEC.
The legal dispute emerged when Musk took control of Twitter in October, terminating their employment. They had an exit package of around $90-100 million, with Agrawal receiving the largest payout, estimated at $40 million.
Agrawal and Segal were named in a Securities Class Action lawsuit while still at Twitter, and Gadde was named in February this year.
