Didomi, a French Global Data Privacy Solutions provider, has raised €61 million and acquired Sourcepoint, a data privacy technology company with over 200 global enterprise customers.
The deal aims to enhance privacy technology offerings by combining talent, solutions, and expertise across privacy and consent use cases supported by Marlin Equity Partners.
Didomi and Sourcepoint intend to redefine privacy as a strategic growth lever and offer privacy-respecting data collection, data utilization, and attribution across digital platforms and channels.
The acquisition aligns with Didomi's mission to help businesses balance user trust, regulatory compliance, and performance outcomes in the evolving marketing and advertising landscape.
