Schell Games has launched Party Versus game which offers an excellent formula for multiplayer social mixed reality. The game makes people feel they are connected in the same mixed reality even if they are remote.Rooms in Party Versus are transformed into cartoonish virtual counterparts reflecting their real shape. The game implements safety mechanics like kicking out players who troll or used physical contact.Players can either just hang out with their friends or make new ones with public or private matches.Party Versus requires a room that is at least 2m x 2m or 6.5ft x 6.5ft to be played comfortably. The multiplayer connection happened over a 3D interactive menu. The mixed-reality space disappears after each mini-game, and players meet back on their sofa where they can chat. The game is now available on Meta Horizon Store for $9.99 or for free with a subscription toMeta Quest+.The company has won two keys for Party Versus, so you can participate in a giveaway to win one.
