<ul><li>Physis Capital has received a commitment of Rs 150 crore for its Rs 400 crore ($50 million) venture fund.</li><li>The fund will be used to invest in 12-15 startups, with a final close expected by early 2026.</li><li>Physis Capital has already closed Rs 100 crore from retail investors and half of the family offices bucket.</li><li>The firm has made two investments so far, including Rs 5 crore in CTPL which provides admission support to universities.</li></ul>
