<ul><li>Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is inviting applications for the CEO role as the tenure of current CEO Amir Hayat comes to an end.</li><li>PIA is looking for someone between the ages of 45 and 57 with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the aviation business or 20 years of experience managing large organizations.</li><li>Punjab government has reversed its earlier interest in acquiring PIA, while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur is still considering bidding for the national carrier.</li><li>Gandapur stated that KP is prepared to offer more than the current Rs. 10 billion for PIA ownership, as the province's revenue has increased by 44%.</li></ul>
