<ul><li>Swiss company Proton has released a new macOS app for Proton Drive, its end-to-end encrypted cloud storage service.</li><li>The 2.0 version of the app offers improved upload and download speeds, as well as a lightweight text editor for encrypted collaboration.</li><li>The app provides easy access to files and allows offline downloads, and a Windows app is also available.</li><li>Proton plans to release a Software Development Kit to allow the open-source community to create a Linux version of the app.</li></ul>
