The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has conducted Quality of Service (QoS) surveys for fixed-line broadband services in 36 major Pakistani cities.
The surveys aimed to evaluate the network performance of Broadband Service Providers (BSPs) to ensure high-quality internet services.
Most BSPs met the critical key performance indicators, but some underperformed in terms of bandwidth utilization.
PTA has ordered underperforming service providers to rectify issues and improve their quality of service.
