South Korean gaming company Krafton has acquired a 75% stake in Indian gaming studio Nautilus Mobile.
The deal, valued at Rs 118 crore (about $14 million), marks Krafton's first majority control over an Indian studio.
Nautilus Mobile, known for the Real Cricket series, will now be more closely aligned with Krafton to improve the brand and explore new genres.
With India being a fast-growing gaming market, Krafton has been investing heavily in Indian startups, including Lila Games, Nodwin Gaming, and Cashfree Payments.
