Bloodletter is a strategy game where players use Tarot-style cards to purge foul spirits and save their neighbors. The game revolves around a barber-surgeon, who operates out of a bathhouse and uses over 80 cards to safeguard villagers from four dreadful entities.
Players will encounter villagers with their own talents, oddities, and eerie animations, while fending off demons, including one that invades dreams and lives in a statue.
Bloodletter offers a mix of pathologic and black book aspects, with grotty woodcut illustrations and familiar card game mechanics.
The game is set to launch in 2026, with a demo available for Roots Devour and the recently released Lovecraftian doctor sim Do No Harm.
