QNu Labs launches QNu Academy, an educational platform for quantum technologies and cybersecurity aligned with India’s National Quantum Mission.
The initiative aims to provide practical knowledge in quantum key distribution, quantum random number generation, and post-quantum cryptography.
QNu Academy offers lab work, real-world use cases, and industry-validated programmes in collaboration with Indian institutes and international research bodies.
Certification, placement support, and faculty development modules are included to establish centres of excellence in educational institutions for research and innovation.
The academy is part of QNu Labs' mission to democratise quantum education and raise awareness of quantum communications.
The startup intends to build a sustainable quantum learning ecosystem in India by offering relevant programmes, labs, projects, and placements.
QNu Academy targets universities, faculty, and students to enhance quantum skills through instructor-led and self-paced learning.
It is seen as an investment in India’s digital resilience and quantum leadership to bridge the talent gap in quantum technologies.
QNu Labs recently concluded a series A funding round, securing ₹60 crore, with plans to expand the QShield quantum security platform.
The funding was led by the NQM and included investments from Lucky Investment, Speciale Invest, Tenacity Ventures, and Singularity AMC.
