Emphasizing on youth employment, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure, the budget aims to position Rajasthan as a key driver of India's economic progress.
Key budget highlights include estimated revenue receipts of ₹2,94,536.49 crore, revenue deficit of ₹31,009.41 crore, and fiscal deficit of ₹84,643.63 crore.
The budget focuses on environmental initiatives, such as the Green Aravalli Development Project, solar energy incentives, climate adaptation plans, and circular economy promotion.
With a target of becoming a $350 billion economy by 2030, Rajasthan plans significant investments in infrastructure, industrial development, and green energy.
Employment policies include the creation of government and private sector jobs, introduction of youth entrepreneurship schemes, and expansion of expressways and metro projects.
Urban and rural development initiatives cover traffic system improvements, water and gas connections, educational infrastructure enhancements, and industrial development support.
The budget also addresses cybersecurity, social welfare, agriculture, and farmers' welfare by allocating funds for cyber control centers, stamp duty rebates, agricultural loans, and irrigation projects.
