Reliance Infrastructure will invest ₹10,000 crore in Maharashtra's Ratnagiri district to establish the largest integrated defense manufacturing facility in India.
The project, named the Dhirubhai Ambani Defence City (DADC), aims to boost India's defense manufacturing sector and promote indigenous production.
The facility will manufacture explosives, ammunition, and small arms, and will focus on both domestic and export markets.
The project is expected to create thousands of direct and indirect jobs, fueling economic growth in Maharashtra and contributing to India's defense capabilities.
