<ul><li>Wireless World LLC, owner of Elite Wireless Group, Inc., will pay $107,916 to settle allegations of allowing a sales manager to sexually harass a teenage employee.</li><li>The allegations violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).</li><li>The teenage worker reported daily sexual harassment by her supervisor, which was dismissed by a district sales manager. After an alleged assault, she filed a police report and contacted the company's CEO.</li><li>Wireless World agreed to implement trainings and policies to comply with Title VII if it reopens during the term of the consent decree.</li></ul>
