Wireless World LLC, owner of Elite Wireless Group, Inc., will pay $107,916 to settle allegations of allowing a sales manager to sexually harass a teenage employee.
The allegations violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
The teenage worker reported daily sexual harassment by her supervisor, which was dismissed by a district sales manager. After an alleged assault, she filed a police report and contacted the company's CEO.
Wireless World agreed to implement trainings and policies to comply with Title VII if it reopens during the term of the consent decree.
