TruJet, a regional low-cost airline, has applied for the renewal of the NoC from the Ministry of Civil Aviation to restart operations.The airline plans to restart operations with a few ATR turboprop aircraft from Hyderabad by August-September 2025.TruJet also plans to participate in the centre's regional connectivity UDAN scheme and expand its domestic network by inducting narrow-body aircraft.The airline claims to have solid financial backing from new investors and aims to invest around ₹100 crore for ATR operations and hire 600 personnel.
