<ul><li>Rivian and Ben & Jerry's have partnered to launch an electrified ice cream truck called the Scoop Truck.</li><li>The Scoop Trucks are based on the Rivian Commercial Van (RCV) and have an estimated 161-mile range.</li><li>The first unveiling of the electric ice cream trucks will be at the South by Southwest (SXSW) music festival in Austin, Texas, and they will be hitting the road across the U.S. afterward.</li><li>Rivian and Ben & Jerry's aim to reduce reliance on fossil fuels while providing an eco-friendly ice cream experience.</li></ul>
