She began her career at ITC and Kimberley-Klark before moving to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as a management trainee, subsequently taking on roles such as assistant manager-human resources and manager-sales HR.</li><li>Her career also includes stints at McCain Foods and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail-Pantaloons before joining BMW Group in 2021 as senior manager, human resources. She was later promoted to assistant general manager, human resources.</li><li>A graduate of Miranda House, Delhi University, and the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Khan's focus on sustainable HR practices aligned with business strategy is seen as an asset for Amplifon.</li></ul>
