SAP is revising its diversity and inclusion strategy by dropping its previous goal of 40% women in the workforce.
The company is now focusing on employee well-being in response to changing legal frameworks, especially in the US and Germany.
SAP is replacing its diversity metrics with the Business Health Culture Index (BHCI) to measure employee experience and inclusivity beyond demographic targets.
To embed these values, SAP will consolidate its Diversity & Inclusion office with its Corporate Social Responsibility function into a unit named 'Social Responsibility, Inclusion and Communities.'
