SEBI Clarifies On Rules For Specialized Investment Funds
- SEBI has clarified the rules for Specialized Investment Funds (SIF).
- The minimum investment required from investors in all SIF strategies is Rs 10 lakh at the PAN level.
- This rule does not apply to mandatory investments made by asset management companies for designated employees.
- The new provisions are effective immediately.
