SEBI disposed of 4,239 complaints through the grievance redressal mechanism SCORES platform in April.An average resolution time taken by entities to submit Action Taken Reports in April was eight days.SCORES is an online platform that facilitates investors in lodging and tracking complaints against listed companies and registered intermediaries.Under SCORES 2.0 framework, complaints are automatically forwarded to entities, which have 21 days to submit an ATR to investors.
