SAP is unveiling a new simplified, tiered engagement model for its services and support portfolio, set to be available in early 2026.
The model consists of three success plans - Foundational, Advanced, and Max, each offering different levels of support and AI tooling embedded throughout the project cycle.
The plans aim to make it easier for businesses to adopt SAP solutions, innovate, and provide a more predictable total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI).
These plans enhance the engagement with customers, providing tailored support, expertise, guidance, and strategic partnership for organizations aiming for innovation, competitive advantage, or complex transformation.
