Skoda Australia plans to introduce its first plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) targeting both private and fleet buyers.
The Skoda Superb 'iV' is expected to be geared towards fleet customers, while the Kodiaq iV will cater to both private and fleet markets.
Both the Kodiaq iV and the Superb iV feature the Volkswagen Group's second-generation plug-in hybrid system with significant electric-only driving range.
Skoda's PHEVs will be following the release of the new Elroq and facelifted Enyaq EVs, with plans for the Octavia to receive 48V mild-hybrid technology in the future.
