American drone manufacturer Skyfish introduced its latest enterprise drone, Osprey, as a lightweight, survey-grade UAS designed to compete with DJI.
Osprey, unveiled at the AUVSI XPONENTIAL 2025 conference, supports high-end sensors for inspection and ISR operations, designed for both commercial and government customers.
Designed for portability and precision, Osprey is lightweight, supports flight times of more than 50 minutes, third-party sensors like the Sony LR1 camera and NextVision Raptor EO/IR system, and RTK capability for precise location accuracy.
Made in the U.S., Osprey is NDAA compliant, aims to replace DJI systems, and is suitable for various applications from cell towers to critical infrastructure inspections.
