Samsung's flagship products like foldable smartphones priced above ₹1.10 lakh are gaining popularity in tier-2 and 3 cities in India.
To meet the demand, Samsung plans to increase its stores to 9,000 outlets from the current 7,500, investing more in demos and employee training.
The company has adjusted its affordability plan to cater to consumer preferences, focusing on offering choices like EMI options and AI-enabled smartphones starting at ₹20,000.
Samsung recently launched the Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Flip7 FE, and Galaxy Flip7 smartphones in India, with prices ranging from ₹89,999 to ₹2.11 lakh.
