Hyderabad-based spacetech startup XDLINX Space Labs has raised $7 million in a seed funding round led by Ashish Kacholia of Lucky Investments.
XDLINX Space Labs is an end-to-end small satellite mission-as-a-service provider, offering spacecraft platforms and payload technology for global commercial and defense ISR space missions.
The startup's first major milestone was the successful launch of JANUS-1, a software-defined 6U Nanosat, which significantly reduced the cost and time to space compared to traditional satellites.
XDLINX Space Labs is preparing for the launch of its next project, Elevation-1, which will showcase the world's first miniaturized space-grade E-band payload for high-speed communications.
