<ul><li>Theia Games has announced STARVAULT, a first-person VR multiplayer battle arena (MOBA), which is now in open beta on Quest, offering classic MOBA gameplay with a VR twist.</li><li>The game features large 5v5 battles with nine unique heroes, traditional MOBA objectives like pushing lanes, destroying towers, and capturing strongholds, as well as farming creeps and earning XP and credits to unlock abilities and artifacts.</li><li>STARVAULT includes a distinctly HALO-inspired shooting experience in a first-person VR setting, with portals and jump pads for enhanced mobility across the map.</li><li>The game is free during the open beta period with no microtransactions, aiming for an Early Access launch in Summer 2025 and a full launch in early 2026, with plans for new heroes, game modes, and regular updates to establish itself as a VR esport.</li></ul>
