Swedish startup Opper AI has raised €2.5 million in funding to launch its Task Completion API aimed at helping developers move beyond one-off prompts to deploying AI-powered features in production environments.
The funding round was oversubscribed and included investors like Luminar Ventures, Emblem Venture Capital, Greens Capital, and angel investors.
Opper AI, founded by the team behind Unomaly, focuses on building infrastructure to create dependable systems from large language models.
The Opper API introduces task contracts, allowing developers to define tasks in JSON and leverage features like built-in evaluation, accessing multiple models through one endpoint, and full observability.
